    Leadership & Change Institute: Meet the New Fellow

    Blair-fellow-cardThe Norwich University Leadership & Change Institute recently welcomed a new fellow to their team in June. Lieutenant Colonel Michael “Gummy” Blair of the Vermont Air National Guard was selected to take part in the fellowship program, which began in 2016. This program helps apply his U.S. Air Force Air War College coursework towards a Master of Science in Leadership degree and complete his master’s degree within one year. As a fellow, Blair takes on additional assignments to help him fulfill his own goals for the program.
