Mary Hall is a professor, course developer, former military justice lawyer, and retired US Navy Commander who has been teaching and designing graduate and undergraduate coursework for almost 40 years in both face-to-face and online classrooms.
Her academic credentials include a J.D., an LL.M. in military law, a B.A. in History, and an M.A. in Military History. As a Navy judge advocate, she served as a military trial judge, prosecutor, and defense counsel, among other legal positions. As such, many of her courses have focused on law, specifically, constitutional and criminal law, where she draws on both her education and fascinating real-life experiences.
