January 2021
Happy New Year to all our Norwich Pro friends and family! As we leave 2020 behind us, we are looking forward to an exciting 2021. We will be rolling out our entire line of new offerings, with several introductory packages and discounts. We want to invite all of our patrons to explore our updated website and sample our offerings!
In January, we will participate in the Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting on the 28th. During that time, we will present our take on Business After-Next: What will your workforce look like in the future, after the pandemic? This presentation will focus on the need for business owners of all types and sizes to take a hard look at their current “new normal” business model developed to survive our current business environment and imagine what their business should look like for what will come next in the market.
Be on the lookout for our own Norwich Pro webinar in early February, addressing this issue in-depth, along with some recommended strategies and product solutions from our Norwich Pro portfolio.
Hail & Farewell January 2021 also brings with it a bitter-sweet goodbye and hello to two extraordinary ladies. First, we have to say goodbye to our Norwich Pro project manager, Ms. Ashley Lopez. Ashley is a Norwich University alumni and has been with the organization for over five years. As the project manager, it was Ashley’s responsibility to help manage the stand-up and implementation of Norwich Pro as a new entity. Not only did she succeed in that task, but she also helped Norwich Pro achieve Full Operational Capability (FOC) and provided proof-of-concept as a commercially viable business venture. We will miss Ashley greatly and wish her well in her future endeavors!
Next, we want to welcome Ms. Denise Brill aboard as the new Norwich Pro operations manager. Denise is strategically located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, close to our new Norwich University Innovation Center, located in downtown Denver. Denise brings many years of experience in operations, customer service, marketing, and sales with her, and she will be playing an instrumental role in helping Norwich Pro grow and succeed in the new year. Norwich runs deep in her blood with having two generations of Norwich University alumni in her family. Welcome, Denise!
